How to Check if an ePRO Email Was Sent and View the Audit Trail?

EasyMedStat provides an audit trail for ePRO questionnaires, allowing you to verify if an email was sent and track patient responses.


Option 1: Check the Audit Trail from the Patient’s Record (If You Have Access to Patient Records)

  1. Open the patient’s record by clicking the pencil icon next to their name.
  2. In the left menu, click "Questionnaire".
  3. Select the relevant questionnaire.
  4. The audit trail will appear, showing:
    1. The date and time the email was sent.
    2. Whether the patient has responded.
    3. If answered, the patient’s responses will be visible.


Option 2: Check the Audit Trail from the Monitoring Tab (If You Don’t Have Access to Patient Records)

Go to Monitoring > Questionnaires and select the relevant tab.

Here, you can see if the questionnaire was sent, along with the date and time of the email.

Note: If you don’t have access to patient records, you won’t be able to view the questionnaire responses.

For those with access, clicking on the patient’s name allows you to follow Option 1 to view the full questionnaire details.
